Returns and exchanges
We are committed to our customers and want to give you the best experience with us! We stand by our products and offer a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee.
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you have 30 calendar days from the delivery date to initiate a return for any undamaged products. Once your return is approved, simply ship it back to us for a refund, store credit or an exchange.
Once we receive your return request, we will reach out to you and provide you with the return instruction. You will have an additional 14 business days from the day of approval to ship it back to us.
Important: Items must be returned in their original condition, using original packaging they were delivered in. Items that show damage due to use will not be accepted. Items that arrive damaged due to improper packaging will not be accepted.
How to initiate your return or exchange
To initiate your return please visit our contact page to submit your return or exchange request. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with return instructions to our facility. You will have 14 business days from the day of approval to ship back your return. Late returns will not be refunded.
International returns or exchanges will be returned to either our US or EU facilities.
We do not provide prepaid shipping labels or packing material to send product(s) back to us. Returns are shipped back at your own expense. We highly recommend shipping the product(s) back to us using a trackable method via FedEx, UPS, USPS, DHL so that you are on the safe side.
Please allow up to 48 hours from the date we receive you return for processing before your refund, store credit, or exchange is issued.
Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment and may take 5-7
business days to show on your account.
You may cancel your order within 12 hours of your purchase.
Cancellations after 12 hours will require you to return the undamaged merchandise to us in order to receive a full refund. We may not exchange or cancel your order after 12 hours, as it will have already gone into production.
